b. The Company employs industry-standard security measures to protect Customers' data; however, Customers acknowledge that no method of transmission or storage is entirely secure.

Limitation of Liability:

a. The Company's liability for any claims arising out of the purchase, billing, or payment process shall be limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the specific order in question.

b. The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Platform or the purchased products or services.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.

b. Any disputes or claims arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, through the courts of United Kingdom.

Amendments:

a. The Company reserves the right to modify or amend these Billing Terms and Conditions at any time.

b. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated terms on the Platform, and Customers are encouraged to review the terms periodically.

By placing an order through the Platform, Customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Billing Terms and Conditions.
