We want you to receive your furniture with the minimum of fuss and hassle. If you receive damaged goods, please contact us immediately and we will endeavour to sort a replacement out without charge to you.

In the event you want to return goods because you thought the goods were different to your expected order, or you changed your mind, then you, the customer, must return the goods to the supplier or to us and cover the costs of transitting the goods which will be deducted from the paid cost of the goods.

The cost of deliveries is up to £69.99 up to £600 spent to Northern Ireland, Scotland/Channel Islands* and £39.99 to other parts of the UK - more then £600 spent, delivery is free. Within 2/3 hours of Somerset delivery is £29.99 and free over £600 spent. See the county variants once you have ordered.
* There will be increased prices (shipping) beyond the £69.99 for Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Isle of Man, dependent on number of size and number of items being shipped across. Once ordered, we will advise accordingly.

If an item is under 25KG and is safe enough to post using our 24 hour option then we can post the item to you for £19.99. Please call us if you think your item falls under this category.

Deliveries can occur within days if timing of orders are at the same time as us picking up stocks, certainly within a 2 week period if items are in stock. Some orders can take up to 6 weeks where they are made to order but we normally have a 3 - 5 week where possible. If items are out  of stock or for deliveries to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands etc this may take a little longer dure to logistics invloved.
